Gold Mine was a chain of arcades found inside various shopping malls across the United States from Hawaii to New York, along with some also existing in standalone locations. They were notable for having a mineshaft theme.
Solano Town Center, formerly Solano Mall and Westfield Solano, is a shopping mall in Fairfield, California, United States and is owned by Starwood Retail Partners. Westfield America, Inc., a precursor to the Westfield Group, acquired the shopping center in 1998 and renamed it "Westfield Shoppingtown Solano", dropping the "Shoppingtown" name in June 2005. In April 2012, The Westfield Group sold the establishment to Starwood Capital Group. In November 2012, the name changed again to Solano Town Center.[1]

Trivia[]
Gold Mine was owned by Nickels and Dimes Inc. (NDI) located in Carrollton, Texas. They also operated the Tilt and Electronic America chains as well until they finally decided to just focus on Tilt. All Gold Mines would either become Tilts or they were just closed down.[2]
