Trivia[]

  • Chasing Ghosts: Beyond the Arcade was a video game documentary that was released in 2007. It covered a Life magazine cover story from 1982 where over a dozen video game champs posed in front of several coin-operated games in front of the Twin Galaxies arcade, the majority of which were tracked down and the photo was recreated over 20 years later for the movie. The North Carolina Station Break location got a brief mention in the movie due to local Berzerk experts Joel West and Ron Bailey, who honed their crafts at a machine there.
  • Edison Brothers Inc. also owned the Exhilarama entertainment chain as well.
