NewPark Mall is a 1,161,681 square feet (107,923.7 m2) super-regional mall in Newark, California. Opened in August 1980, it currently houses 119 stores. It serves the Tri-City area (Fremont, Newark and Union City). The mall underwent extensive renovations that were completed in early 2017.

Tilt, also known as Tilt Family Entertainment Center, is a chain of video arcades once found inside various shopping malls across the United States. Tilt is owned by Nickels and Dimes Incorporated (NDI), founded in Carrollton, Texas and currently headquartered in Celina, Texas.

Gold Mine was a chain of arcades found inside various shopping malls across the United States from Hawaii to New York, along with some also existing in standalone locations. This arcade reportedly started off as a Gold Mine but it became a Tilt in the early 1990s.
